Get Ready for Your First Class

Before You Arrive

Wear comfortable workout gear

Opt for athletic clothing and sneakers or other athletic shoes.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early

So our instructor can introduce you to the studio, set you up on the rowing machine, and walk you through the basics.

Bring a water bottle

& a towel (optional)

We provide reusable towels that you can grab at the reception if you'd like.

Hydrate and fuel up

Feel free to grab a light snack for free at our reception if you’re coming on an empty stomach.

Your instructor will give you a brief overview of the class. Feel free to ask any questions!
